Today we escaped.Do you ever do that? This morning Ammon's child advocate came for a visit from Kids On the Move. The conversation was a little too heavy. So like any mature adult would do...I took the kids and we escaped to the mountains. I left the dishes and laundry and we were off. We put on fun uplifting music, rolled down the windows and went to Tibble Fork. It rained today so it was a feast for the eyes up there. Green, green everywhere. We stopped and just listened to the birds sing. Now that's therapy. Nature.

Amen, sista!
Way to go! Way to keep your priorities straight. :) All work and no play makes Jill a boring, overstressed, etcetera, person.
Hope everything's good. We are SUPER excited to have yall come and stay with us!!
(I just watched Sense and Sensibility with the subtitles. :))
I should escape with the kids more often. Last week we did. And it was a very super day! Love you.
That's my girl! I can think of many times I did just that with our little family...only it was usually just to go outside and play or explore at a local park...Dishes and laundry will always be there, but little ones won't!!
